At Taylor Holmwood we understand the need for good design, and the impact well designed buildings and spaces have on the environment in which they exist, as well as the effects they have on the people who use them.

Architectural Design is not just about lines on paper; the beauty of our full design and build ability means that whether we are proving you with initial sketches to demonstrate the feasibility of your scheme or working towards a full design and build package we look at every aspect of the design from appearance, buildability and cost, to compliance with local and national legislation such as planning permission and building control to the disability discrimination act.

Being the lead Consultant, we work closely with a number of multi-disciplinary companies and Consultants, which we can organise, manage and coordinate throughout your project to deliver you project whether it be an outline proposal and feasibility study or carrying the project through to completion and final sign off.

We carry out projects covering a multitude of types and styles including contemporary and traditional residential extensions, one off new builds, multi house developments - the largest being a 140 dwelling site, commercial developments of all types and sizes including schools, retail and industrial.
